1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Candidate," "you," or "your") and Talent Search Examination Portal ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the examination, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Age Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Maximum age limit: 35 years (age relaxation as per government norms)

2.2 Educational Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th standard pass from a recognized board
• Candidates must possess valid educational certificates
• All certificates must be from recognized educational institutions

2.3 Nationality

• Candidates must be Indian citizens or as specified in the eligibility criteria
• Valid proof of citizenship may be required

3. Registration and Application

3.1 Application Process

• Candidates must complete the online registration form accurately and completely
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and verifiable
• Only one application per candidate is permitted
• Multiple applications from the same candidate will result in disqualification

3.2 Document Upload Requirements

• Passport-size photograph: Recent, colored, white background (Max 2MB, JPG/PNG format)
• Signature: Clear, on white paper (Max 1MB, JPG/PNG format)
• Documents must be legible and not tampered with

3.3 Application Deadlines

• Applications must be submitted before the specified deadline
• Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances
• We reserve the right to extend or modify deadlines at our discretion

4. Examination Conduct

4.1 Hall Ticket

• Hall tickets will be generated automatically upon successful registration
• Candidates must bring a printed copy of the hall ticket to the examination center
• Entry to the examination hall without a valid hall ticket is strictly prohibited

4.2 Identification Proof

• Candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
• Candidates without valid ID proof will not be allowed to appear for the examination

4.3 Examination Center Allocation

• Examination centers are allocated automatically based on availability and candidate location
• Requests for center change will not be entertained
• We reserve the right to change examination centers if necessary

4.4 Examination Day Rules

• Candidates must report at the center by the specified reporting time
• Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances
• Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited
• Candidates found using unfair means will be disqualified immediately
• Candidates must follow all instructions given by the examination invigilators

5. Examination Pattern and Evaluation

• The examination consists of 150 multiple-choice questions
• Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes)
• Each correct answer carries 1 mark
• Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer
• Unanswered questions will not be penalized
• The evaluation process and results are final and binding
• No re-evaluation or re-checking requests will be entertained

6. Industry-Sponsored Training Program

6.1 Eligibility for Training

• Only candidates who successfully clear the examination are eligible for the training program
• Selection for training is based on merit and availability of seats
• Clearing the examination does not guarantee enrollment in the training program

6.2 Fee Structure

• Industry partners will sponsor 90% of the training program fees
• Candidates must pay 10% of the total program fee
• Fee details will be communicated after the examination results
• The 10% contribution is non-refundable once the training commences

6.3 Training Conditions

• Candidates must maintain a minimum attendance of 85%
• Candidates must complete all assigned projects and assessments
• Failure to meet training requirements may result in termination from the program
• In case of termination, the 10% fee paid by the candidate is non-refundable

6.4 Placement Support

• We provide placement assistance but do not guarantee employment
• Placement depends on candidate performance and industry requirements
• Candidates must actively participate in the placement process

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification:

• Providing false or misleading information in the application
• Impersonation or allowing someone else to take the examination on your behalf
• Using unfair means during the examination
• Possessing unauthorized materials in the examination hall
• Communicating with other candidates during the examination
• Creating disturbances or disrupting the examination process
• Attempting to damage, hack, or manipulate the examination portal
• Submitting forged or tampered documents

8. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any candidate at any stage if:

• The candidate is found ineligible based on the eligibility criteria
• The candidate has provided false or incorrect information
• The candidate has violated examination rules and regulations
• The candidate has engaged in any prohibited conduct
• The candidate fails to produce required documents for verification

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property
• Examination questions are confidential and protected by copyright
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited
• Candidates may not photograph, record, or share examination content

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or system errors
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information or links
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the candidate (if any)

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
• Government actions or regulations
• Labor disputes or strikes
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Technical failures or cyber attacks

12. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• Major changes will be communicated via email or website announcements

13. Cancellation and Postponement

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the examination due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation, candidates will be notified via email and website announcement
• Rescheduled examination details will be communicated in advance
• We are not liable for any losses or expenses incurred by candidates due to cancellation or postponement

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana
• All legal proceedings must be conducted in English

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
